A holy man with a holy shoe

It seems to be a little bit crazy, but you see a holy man carrying a holy shoe with a holy stick in front of an elephant. The elephant is for indian people normality. Hm, other countrys, other occurences. Photographed in India.
For european people is an elephant in the traffic more unusual. Here it is rather the holy shoe, which is carried before the elephant. The perspective of the elephant is also strange. Runs the whole day long behind a shoe… Nice is also the tinkerbell at the neck of the elephant.
Sachen gibt es: Und dazu gehören auch heilige Schuhe. Für uns Europäer ist ja eher ein Elefant im Straßenverkehr was außergewöhnliches. Hier ist es eher der heilige Schuh (schreibt man das denn groß wie ‘Heiliger Schuh’ ?) der vor dem Elefanten hergetragen wird.
Andere Länder, andere Sitten. Die Perspektive des Elefanten ist auch nicht schlecht. Läuft den lieben langen Tag hinter so einem Schuh her, mit so einem lustigen Glöckchen um den Hals… Och ja, jeder verdient halt irgendwie sein Geld
